The Big East Tournament 2010, which will start from Tuesday, March 9 and last till March 13. The tournament, which will see all sixteen conference teams participating, will be played at the Madison Square Garden in New York. The Big Tournament 2010 brackets are divided into the first four ranked teams, which get an automatic bye into the quarterfinals, teams ranked four to eight, which are automatically in the second round of the tournament and teams ranked nine to 16, which start at the beginning with the Opening Round Games.

Opening Round Games, Tuesday, March 9:
* Game 1 (Noon): South Florida (number 9) vs DePaul (number 16)
* Game 2 (2:00 PM): Connecticut (number 12) vs St John (number 13)
* Game 3 (7:00 PM): Seton Hall (number 10) vs Rutgers (number 15)
* Game 4 (9:00 PM): Cincinnati (number 11) vs Providence (number 14)

Second Round Games, Wednesday, March 10:
* Game 5 (Noon): Georgetown (number 8) vs Game 1 winner
* Game 6 (2:00 PM): Marquette (number 5) vs Game 2 winner
* Game 7 (7:00 PM): Notre Dame (number 7) vs Game 3 winner
* Game 8 (9:00 PM): Louisville (number 6) vs Game 4 winner

Quarterfinals, Thursday, March 11:
