Are you thinking that above photo is of ice building???? Then you are wrong, because this is the photo of Salt Hotel & these is not a ice but its a salt. Are you ever seen the Salt Hotel? Yes their is a salt hotel which is from Bolivia. This unique hotel is located over the Uyuni Flats which is world’s largest salt flat, in the southwestern part of the country. The name given to hotel as salt hotel because this hotel is having salt at every place. That is on each place , on each thing their is salt. As i say earlier thir is salt on each thing of hotel. So , in the dining room of the Salt Hotel , the salt is always on the table. In fact, the salt is the table. These unique hotel was built in 1993 by a salt artisan who saw a mint in the number of tourists looking for places to stay while visiting the flats. The lodge having total 15 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room and also a bar. Roof and bar of the buildings are built of salt and even the floor of bulding is covered with salt granules. The walls are made of salt blocks stuck together with a cement like substance made of salt and water. The walls are strengthened with new blocks, during rainy seasons, while the owners ask the guests to avoid licking the walls to prevent deterioration.
